No, the only thing positive I would say about my job is that I have flexibility when taking off or if I need to leave to run an errand. Other than that I don't have many positive things to say

I work for a small business, but my boss doesn't think we don't talk to each other about our pay. I've gotten significant pay raises on a percentage basis but I also started off with a very low salary for a college grad. I make below average still honestly which is why I'm thinking of leaving. I had a whole track laid out for my career and such but every-time I meet a goal or whatever my boss tries to find a way to not keep his end of the deal. I'm pretty fed up honestly at this point. End of rant

Overall I'd say I agree. But I feel like some companies are trying to change that. My wife makes more than I do and has been with the same company for 12 years, major IT corporation. A few years ago they did a market check and gave her a 25%+ raise. Got 10% last year.
Now we've talked and the cynics in us as thought it could also be because she's a female and this international corporation wants to throw out the pay of their female employees vs male. Which still isn't a bad thing. But they've also encouraged all their employees to get on fish bowl and people talk about their salary pretty openly on there.
