Long story short, I was severed from my company recently...16 years with them. Been awhile since I had a serious interview, but I have one scheduled for next week. (I've been on a couple internal interviews, but I suspect this one coming up will be more demanding/intensive).
The company is O/G, refining. Position is somewhat of a hybrid position...about 50% of it is involved in logistics/shipping (truck and rail) and all associated activities (contracts, invoicing, payments, etc) and 50% is sales/marketing of said products. I would have 3 people reporting to me...2 people involved in the logistics side (shipping/billing) and a 'clerk' that does the invoicing and a/p duties.
I'm certain I'll get the 'tell us about yourself' question, the 'describe a time you had a difficult coworker/customer' question, along with other 'standard' questions. I've been told they use Behavioral Based interview questions, as most people do now.
What are your top 5 questions you think I should prepare for?
