Teams have figured out we can't defend the three. Pretty sure both Iowa State and Arizona made double their normal amount of threes.

And the inability to handle the press is inexcusable for an elite team!

We definitely do not defend the 3. It's embarrassing how many wide open looks teams get against us.

Yeah, the players are playing poorly, but this is one of the few times I've seen Blair out coached. He hasnt had any answer to Arizona's pressure or made any adjustment to their 3 point shooting. We don't seem to have any idea what to do on either end of the court.

Props to Az. for elevating their game in the tournament.

All the seniors could come back if they wanted to, however I believe they are all in grad school right now, so I don't know if they would finish up this summer or not.

We don't defend the 3 because we have to play that awful matchup zone to protect Ciera. She is complete liability defensively unless the other team has a true post like her. These last two teams are guard oriented and have eaten us alive

Yeah, but this game, you needed a player to calm everyone on the court down and carry the team for a few minutes. No one was able to do that. Basically they needed a Chennedy out there today; kind of like how Nixon was last game.

Unfortunately, this happens to all of our teams, outside of a once-a-decade breakthrough (2020 football, etc.)

The equivalent of the Sweet 16 in any sport seems to be our ceiling.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I think the Aggies were picked 5th in the SEC, so they have really played above what was expected for the most part this year.
