Again non professional comments. I am correct as many have agreed with me on this board and in my circles in Houston and BCS that the overall , yes overall l performance, since winning the NC was not that good. No defense, no player development, and no recruiting that was sustained. Guys like me do not want to just show up and try to compete.

I am in support of our new coach but I want performance. I looked at the Stanford South Carolina game and there was some good basketball. The Rice players moved the ball well and they played D.

In March 2021, Texas A&M had just defeated South Carolina to win the SEC championship and was ranked #2 in the nation. The head coach was a man named Gary Blair. No need to attempt to drag him. He was a heck of a coach, in fact a "hall of famer".

We were lucky to have Gary Blair and are now lucky to have Joni Taylor. Both outstanding coaches.
