It's my job to look through 30 to 60 sales/listings a day. So, chances are most will probably be San Antonio related.

The nuttier stuff is usually in pretty crappy neighborhoods, not your typical TexAgs buyer inventory.

I'm going to guess it's something they built to put cat/dog food and water bowls on where the pets could look out the window.

And man things have changed, that place is $30K more than I paid for my first house in SA back in 04 in a decent middle-range neighborhood.

It's about $20,000 to $30,000 over market value for the market area. But yeah, I think the average home price is around $220,000 in town these days. It ain't the dirt-cheap place it used to be.

Is this where the Uncartoonist ended up?

Over 4,000 sq ft means this one's going to take a lot of paint to make right! If somebody's into the whole southwest/Mexican look they can probably pull it off but it's going to take some work and they'll probably end up high as **** from all the paint fumes. Maybe that's what happened to this place to begin with.
