For those who've been is Sunday worth going to? Isn't it only four golfers on the course all day? I'm assuming you basically have to walk the entire course if you want to watch? Are crowds brutal?

Yeah I went Sunday a few years ago and we walked the whole course. Kinda brutal. The crowd definitely isn't near as big though

JJ Spaun just made a shot in the hole from 80 yards out. As the ball got close to the hole, the camera flipped away to Spaun where you weren't sure at first if it went in. They didnt even show a replay of the ball going in. What were they thinking? Probably the shot of the day and we didn't even get to see the ball go into the hole.

I saw it go in. Not sure how its possible we saw different things.

Random question about match play. Does anyone know how long an average match play match takes in comparison to a stroke play? I know it's shorter, but I'm curious how much shorter.

I don't know, but I'd guess the average match goes 15 holes, so perhaps 15-20% shorter?

Have tickets for tomorrow, but parking is showing to be sold out. Any advise? I was planning on parking at the Riverbend Church lot rather than Barton Creek.

We have always taken the shuttles from the domain, but I kinda want to Uber/Rideshare since they have dedicated rideshare lanes to drop off under the bridge. That would be cheaper than the Riverbend parking, which you have to do all in advance.

I was thinking about parking in Bull Creek Park and the getting an Uber from there.

There are a ton of office buildings on the NW side of the bridge/river that I always wondered how they are managing that - maybe card key access, but if not this would be an ideal spot. There is also an apt. complex at the top of that hill that would work too I would think.

I don't recommend parking in the Courtyard neighborhood, I have heard that is heavily patroled/monitored.

Last night on Golf Chanel that had a grphic showing the percentages on which hole the matches end on.
Just from memory, roughly 70-75% ended on holes 16, 17, & 18 (roughly 24% on each hole).

I was out there yesterday with a buddy and we had a great time. Weather was perfect with it being overcast and cool. We parked up in Jester at a buddy's house but the shopping center down the hill looks like a good spot to park and Uber over. Uber from there was $15 but getting back was surge pricing around $50.

Is a parking pass needed if I parked at the domain lot? That's about the area I'll be coming from so that'd be easy, but not sure if a pass is needed to get on the shuttle.
