I always wanted to try this trick. Go to the nicest country club near your house, ask to borrow the phone. From there, call the country club you want to play and pretend you are the pro asking if one of your members can play there. Let me know if it works.

Checked with Straight Down but they can't come. Talked with Travis Mathew about getting a bus to our club, but looks like the minimum spend is too high for us.

Currently leaning towards having a Titleist/Footjoy portal where everybody will have $xxx dollars to spend and have merch shipped to the course. Meeting with Titleist rep next week. If we go this route, we'll also try to give a little something that's logo'ed when the players register at the course the first day.

Came across this thread that I started. Just an update to what we wound up doing.

Set up a Titleist portal that all of the players get access to. Set up 10 different "packages" that each player gets to pick from. Packages each contained some variation of a Titleist duffel bag, Titleist backpack, balls, shirt, shorts, quarter zips, hats and Footjoy shoes. Pick your own package. Pick your size. Can even customize a number on the balls if you want to. Retail value is roughly $200 - $225. Not our cost. If you order by a certain date the merchandise will be shipped to the club and you'll get it at registration.

In addition, we're going to give out logo'ed caddie towels and a sleeve of logo'ed ProV1's at registration. Numbered 25. Also going to hand out a logo'ed Titleist valuables pouch (with a mini Fireball in it) before the start of Day 2. Those are all kind of surprise gifts.

We've gotten good feedback on the packages so far.
