has to be Fleetwood right?
God loves you so much He'll meet you where you are. He also loves you too much to allow to stay where you are.

The ways he continues to find to lose is astounding.

There isn't even a close second. Cameron Young would have been the somewhat close second, but he just won last week.

I really hope he can get one. he's just a good guy and I would love to see him win one.

Fleetwood may never win. It's mental in a big way. His play on 16 and 17 looked like someone cracking under pressure. His chip on 16 rolled through the green and he nearly shanked his par putt. Then his missed par putt on 17 was sad to watch. Looked like me putting out there. I give him credit for doing the interview but it was painful. But it would be funny if he ended up winning the tour championship tourney in 2 weeks.

He's a good one but he also won 41 times on the European tour when that was actually an accomplishment and Euro players didn't cross over as much. Tommy has won 7 times on the European Tour.

I would still rank Fleetwood above Montgomerie

So you think Fleetwood has a better playing record than Monty?

Colin has five 2nds in majors and 31 Euro wins. Also Ryder cup success. Colin no doubt the best player to never win a PGA tournament.

Montgomerie went to Houston Baptist. I always find that funny for some reason.

I'm saying it's a 100% given that Colin would have won on the PGA tour if he played on the PGA tour like Fleetwood did.

Colin for sure has the better pedigree but I'm putting an asterisk by him. Colin had 142 starts while Tommy is already at 160. At this rate Fleetwood will have 2.5-3x as many starts when he retires.

I could also just be argumentative. :0

I'm going with Young Tom Morris. Of course he never played a PGA event but by the strict definition, he tops the list.

I think it's not even close…

Quote:

Tommy Fleetwood holds the record for the highest PGA Tour money earnings without ever winning a tournament. As of August 11, 2025, he has amassed $32,520,669 in career earnings, according to Yahoo Sports. He has had 42 top-10 finishes on the PGA Tour, but is still seeking his first victory.

Surely, we can agree that it's harder to win a tournament of 144 players. Add in split tee times, early/late tee times and other variables.

I'm just saying, if Tiger's December event in the Bahamas doesn't count as an "official win", should this one?

It's also silly that someone can win the FedEx Cup without actually winning an event all season...stop calling it the playoffs.

And you've got to survive the 2 prior weeks just to get there.

Not really, when you've accumulated enough FedEx points to advance. McIlroy didn't even play the first event because he was sitting in 2nd on points.

But I'm not taking anything away from Fleetwood's win - he deserves credit and can put to bed the title of best player without a tour win.
People think I'm an idiot or something, because all I do is cut lawns for a living.

Does he even count since he was never a PGAT member? Most of his PGAT events were majors and WGC tounaments.

I pretty sure neither of those are considered PGAT events.

Yes, they're considered as PGAT events.
