If anyone is motivated to do so, call 311 and report it to the city. He shouldn't be out there. At least put a kink in his plans. There are people selling puppies a couple times a week on Potranco outside Loop 1604 (four miles from the 1604/Culebra intersection). I wonder if it is the same people? Maybe we should post pictures to compare them.

I missed an opportunity to contribute a picture this morning because I had to go to work and could not turn around and catch the guy driving down Potranco Road.

It was an El Camino, in pretty good shape, stacked over 6 feet high with ladders and various junk (I think it was doors). The stack extended over the roof of the car. The guy was driving "very easy" to keep his load on the car.

There was no way that load would stay if he had to turn fast or hit the brakes.

He was pushing an old shopping cart. It was stacked way up high and on top was his bedroll. Wired to the side was a full size bicycle. He could barely push it.
