There is a position opening that I think I would be perfect for and was wondering if I could discuss the work culture, benefits, etc with someone. Position is located in San Antonio.

Good friend of mine does and he has nothing but great things to say about them and they are very well respected in the community here.
I don't work for them, but we refinanced thru them year before last. They were good to work with and I would recommend them highly if anyone asked.
I deal with them. Depends what area the job is in. If it is in IT...you should let me know. I have insight.

Does it have anything to do with the open helpdesk manager position? I've heard some things.
IT has had several leadership changes in the last 5 years. They are slowly getting better, but there has been a culture and competency issue at many layers.
I don't know about the Help Desk position. Good employees are hard to hire or keep there because of the environment.
