I don't work for them, but we refinanced thru them year before last. They were good to work with and I would recommend them highly if anyone asked.

Does it have anything to do with the open helpdesk manager position? I've heard some things.

IT has had several leadership changes in the last 5 years. They are slowly getting better, but there has been a culture and competency issue at many layers.

I don't know about the Help Desk position. Good employees are hard to hire or keep there because of the environment.
