I got to the Austin one a couple years back about 7 am. We missed the Stagg by about 10 people.
Last year, I had a friend drop by the Dallas one around 2 in the afternoon. He got EHT SiB, ER SP, Blanton's & Gold, and a few other decent bottles. I've decided that unless I have a couple guys that'll get there stupid early and make an event of it (predawn tailgating type thing), I would just do the afternoon drop in to see what's left.
