False… they age most of their whiskey up. As do a lot of places

No climate control. Very few do. That's why Texas whiskey ages much faster
Grabbed a Smokeye Hill BP as well before heading back to NW Arkansas. Excited to take it back and try it out.

Are store picks usually worth going for? Had a choice between eagle rare store pick or regular bottle. The pick was from somewhere else not TW where I found it. Interestingly was cheaper than the regular.

Store picks are almost always better. I would never turn one down.
Store picks are great. TexAgs picks are even better!

Successfully emplaced our trailer in a Bardstown campground in steady rain. Spending next several days bourbon hunting and touring.
Spent last night, boondocked (no hookups) in a field next to the tiny Big Machine distillery south of Nashville. Cool place, nice people, and poured a 146 proof Tennessee whiskey out of a barrel into my bottle.

You don't need that invite to go. They just check if you are GR.
The Houston Galleria list is pretty underwhelming and the prices have increased so much that half of the bottle list is almost at secondary.

30-75% price premium over MSRP across the lineup? I won't be dealing with all the neck beards in-line for those.
You'd think with the price continuing to increase, that it would sit on the shelf. Guess it still hasn't reached that price point.
