Cooked some beef fajitas on the Himalayan Salt Block this evening. I have yet to cook anything on this thing that hasn't turned out well.

I hope the flavor it imparts on the beef is fantastic, bc those fajitas look like something pulled from a pan of hot water in a buffet line.

2- I don't frequent those kind of sh*thole buffets, but I'll take your word for it because it sounds like you probably live off that kind of stuff. Trolls don't much care what they eat the way I understand it.
