They also make a knockoff Stag's Leap that is great! Hard to find, though.

We almost always walk out with 6-12 bottles of wine. They've always got some good Italian and Cali reds at great prices plus their Kirkland Prosecco is nails for making pool drinks.

Why not?

I've had a couple of Costco memberships, but never really used them much because my wife is a Sam's Club fan. She didn't like much of the Costco brand Kirkland stuff, so the membership years were really a waste.

Kirkland Rose' from France at $8.68 a bottle can't be beat.

For a party or big family gathering: Costco salmon. Get the 3.5 to 4 pound single piece, skin removed. Get grilling foil, put down some Olive oil on foil and place the salmon on it. Season as to your liking. Place on grill at medium heat 15 mins or so later, it's done. Slide it off foil into a serving platter and you got a hit. It's fantastic.

Have been a huge fan of the Kirkland wines over the year. Saw a documentary on Costco years ago talking about their buying power in the wine market and it blew my mind. I'd be curious to know the name of the Stags Leap knock of if you remember.

Total wine is another winner for stocking the bar if y'all have not hit it. It's getting easier moving away from Cypress with Costco and Total Wine in town.
