You can't photograph the quality of ingredients (especially with an iPhone). Frank flies to Italy every year to choose the tomatoes that go on his pies. The char on the crust adds a texture and flavor that I can't describe. It's not like that across the entire bottom. There is a very thin crisp, but there's enough stretch to fold a slice in half. The two big things are the heat at which it is cooked and the quality of ingredients.
