Started with an old 3-burner Weber Spirit. Got a BGE for father's day and pretty much stopped using the Weber except for hearing up cast iron pans for searing. Just got a 36" Blackstone and I have put the Weber on nextdoor for free. It's just a better device for what I need now that I have a BGE.
Yesterday I sous vide some marinated shirt steak and then used the griddle to cook some veggies and sear off the fajitas. Excellent. Got up and made brunch for the family this morning. Bacon, over medium eggs, pepper jack covered hashbrowns cooked in chili garlic oil, and grill bread. All on the same surface. All came off piping hot at the same time. Not sure why it took me so long to get a griddle.
