I just made this stuff again, and it's really good. Adapted recipe slightly. Very hot though so might adapt your ingredients a little to your spice level.
- Saute 1/2 onion and 8 cloves garlic in TBLS oil for 5 minutes on medium heat
- Add can of sliced carrots and saute for a couple more minutes
- Add 2 cups water and cover, cooking for 15 minutes
- Add 14 seeded habaneros, 1/2 red bell pepper, 2 whole jalapenos, juice of 2 limes,1/4 cup white vinegar, and salt to taste. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Blend and salt to taste
