Spectrum internet and cable going in an out of an outage in DFW... AGAIN THIS WEEK. My personal favorite from earlier this week was when I was promised a credit for the day since it was out almost all day but then they sent me an email the next day saying:

"Thanks for your patience while we worked to resolve your recent service outage.

This interruption was caused by a commercial power outage or was under two hours long, so you are not eligible for credit."

I've spent so much time on the phone with them. Thank goodness I have an antenna and can get great CBS over the air signal.
