We made a great effort getting back into the game, even though we were really out of it. Once getting back in the game, we should have gone ahead and closed it out, as I mentioned in an earlier comment about having a chance to steal one. You can go back and read it. No. He's not ready to play this style of game vs teams like smu. They're too big, physical, and athletic for him at this point

You are right...Hill turnover was just as egregious and then he shizs the bed in OT. Plenty of crappy end of game play to go around.

I guess we could hope to get down 20 to a SWAC team like last season so we can witness the riveting comeback.

Was really excited with the comeback and 4 point lead with 54 seconds. Wish we'd executed and closed it out. Let's see next game up

So what. Ten minutes … ten hours . Hopefully they learn something from it but it's just a tough loss to a pretty good team. It's not the end of the world just like winning it wouldn't have been some kind of season changing booster rocket.

No Q1 or Q2 wins. Had it in the bag. I'm not sure we are even a bubble team but if we end up being one it is "the end of the world".

Just have to get it together for conference play . Maybe they will and maybe they won't but the milk is spilled , clean it up and get ready for the rest of the season. 3 game road trip was overall reasonably successful.

A bunch of yall need to go back over to the Zoo where you came from. Or maybe therapy. Maybe both.

Pops made the big 3, but take that out he was 2-9, 1-5 from 3, 3 turnovers including the inexcusable turnover with 40 seconds left when all we had to do was run the clock and make free throws.

We could still have won the game after the bad turnover, and everything went bad from that point so it wasn't all his fault, so that's not all on him. But the turnover absolutely turned the game and happened because he made a lazy, inexcusable pass.

Also, the last possession was Isaacs dribbling the ball for 25 seconds and then turning the ball over. Bucky had a timeout left, he should have used it and set up a play. That's on Bucky, his mistake was entrusting the last possession to Pops.
