I have to admit that I was way off in predicting we wouldn't have a chance to win tonight unless we shot over 50% from 3 and forcing 18-20 turnovers. Bucky has equipped this team to win in many different ways and this team is legit!!!

Those nerds are always lurking in every sport. They are like cicadas that dig really deep holes and sleep for years and when the moment is right they jump out of their holes to make the loudest noise on earth. With the bug, it only has a couple days to mate before it dies. The people waiting for the Ags to fail so they can emerge from their holes so they can make a lot of noise are worse than the bugs. They don't have a chance to mate (with someone else).
A&M has a deep military history. The thought is that Aggies were off fighting wars while the longhorns stayed at home sipping tea. T-sips.

I went to the game, and I am glad we held on for a 74-70 road win over Texas to improve to 14-4 and 4-1 SEC) and win in Austin for the first time since an 80-74 road win on 1/23/2002.

I was totally bought in to Bucky within 2 mos of the hire. Having said that I didn't see more than 6 wins in conference play this year and I am absolutely elated to have been proven to be wrong. Bucky is one hell of a basketball coach and this team is looking Big Dance worthy this year . The upside here is well beyond any expectations I had. We aren't winning any national titles this yr BUT I can see being in the conversation within the next 2 or 3.
It's early but what he's done so quickly is astounding. I'm hoping he's the next Bradly Stevens and he's ours

What a game! To the downers that prematurely predicted doom, sack up! Basketball games obviously lead to more losses than football but this group is becoming a team in front of our eyes.
