With regards to A&M players in the portal, Schloss should have tried bunting with two strikes

I love this team that we have. I love our coach. And, I really hope they all get the trophy that they deserve next year.

Bohls was writing for the AAS and covered Emory Bellard's unexpected resignation. Give him credit for longevity.

Texas attempted to steal A& M's soul, but alas failed . It's hard to blame them tho as they have never known how it feels to have one.

Pre-SEC, we would've folded. We would've been "aw, shucks" and gone out and hired a Will Bolt from Nebraska, and sheepishly started over.

BUT, the sips weren't expecting a much more mature, much more willing to stand up and fight, Texas A&M to play it like we have.
