For years, I've joked that being an Aggie sports fan is Purgatory. Once we die, we then meet St. Peter at the Pearly Gates. Aggies only need to show him their Aggie ring to which ol' Pete gives an understanding nod and the AWH starts to play as the gates begin to slowly open......our time will come fellas......our time will most definitely come!

This isn't a #1 team. They may have #1 caliber talent…….but this is awful

At least Mens Track & Field won the SEC Indoor Track & Field Championship today. So, that's something.

We could still have a bad season but it is WAAAAAY to early to know that on March 1

It's just the look of the team. Not even the preformance .

This team has shown no grit, no fight, no poise. Maybe they will soon, or not at all. Truly remarkable face plant they have orchestrated this week.

They're definitely a special kind of awful, and it's a shame that really good pitching has to go to waste. What's blowing my mind the most is how the offenses in the 3 major men's sports are equally unwatchable.

Correct, I just looked it up myself. They lost two consecutive games three times but never more than that.

I'll have to admit, nothing in my 50+ years as a baseball fan led me to think this was a possibility. With this year's roster I would have thought we could picked any college baseball head coach or assistant at random and the team wouldn't be this bad. There's something going on that none of us understand. Maybe the players don't even understand. And the coaches surely don't or they would do something about it.

Hitting slumps can happen, although this one is unusually severe. But the games last Sunday against Elon and Friday against Arizona were last inning collapses that featured not only poor hitting but defensive and base running errors. There's a big mental issue.

But as I said on the "We'll be fine post" last week, I think it's still too early to know how the season will end. I still believe that. You can look at the Ol Miss CWS Championship team of 2022 and see they lost four in a row, losing to Southern Miss and then getting swept by Bama.
