Yea I seem to remember us doing this last year.

This is the least of my worries.

If I see some of our batters with a 9-iron in hand, then we will have ammo for being upset.

You warm up with a football because it's much easier on the shoulder and arm. The football is lighter and MUCH less dense so it's just easier and gentler....
