KP made a stop at third but trying to get the speedy runner at 2B she threw high and pulled the defender's foot off the bag. If ball not thrown high would have got the runner out. Bad timing for that play. But we can still do it.

Frankie. Thank you for taking the play by play duties. Fun to read back through the thread after the game and have some context with the comments

I heard what coach said in the PC but I wonder if that was the full story. Emiley was not around when the team was introduced. She was sitting on the fence in the bullpen when the game started. I wondered if she was sick or something. Maybe it was just part of the plan for the weekend but I have never seen Kennedy miss the intros when she wasn't starting

Hopefully we see her at some point this weekend

Tomorrow starter will be interesting to see. Maybe Lefty. Maybe Lessentine. I doubt we see Peters start as I would have expected going into the series.

My history of guessing who coach will throw is probably below .500 so probably means Kate or Leavitt
