This is our 25th data point. This is who we are under Earley.

I don't know the exact numbers, but the amount of innings in SEC play that we've started with 2 out and no one on is mind-bottling.

Can it really be all coaching? Because I think Schloss is the devil incarnate, but at this point can we just ask to copy his notes or something?! Every game I think, today is the day we turn a page...and then...NOPE.

It's not emotion, these kids are trying. Something happened to their ability or approach, which is most likely coaching.

Earley means well, but I don't think he has the experience to know how to get these dudes right. So the team is just floundering.

2023 we had a transfer pitcher from USC. Pretty sure he was their ace. Yeskie decided he need a complete rework before his final season. He was awful that year. When he came into the game it meant we had given up on winning. It seems this staff did a rework on this whole damn team.

Understand what you are saying, I just think this goes back to horrible leadership from the Aggie "decision makers". Not sure if Trev or $$ guys but you can't allow a handful of 20 year olds dictate the direction of your program. I get it that we thought it was the best way to keep players - but that has now set our program back multiple years. Earley was not ready. Any athletics professional should have know that. Yes, the players play, but these kids are way better than they are playing. Our "leaders" put them in this position by not having the backbone to hire a qualified hc - and don't give me the line about we offered vitello and he said no. So what? There's a lot of candidates that would certainly be available between vitello and what we ended up with. Ultimately that is on the people tasked with leading the athletics program way more than the kids.
