right now the committee could take the 16 regional hosts from Warren Nolan's top 16 RPI

all are worthy

but that would leave out:

#19 Arizona and #20 UCLA

huge series in a couple of weeks between Arizona and TCU

IMO sippie will leapfrog pig for two reasons; 1) t.u. is alone at the top of the SEC standings and 2) just last week they swept the same Uga team that took a series from pig this weekend.

Others on this thread believe pig will still hold the top spot. What is likely to happen is some polls will have pig, others sip. In the long run none of these polls matter.

Fun note from this week...


What's the best-case scenario when teams riding losing streaks of 99 games and 42 games meet in a doubleheader? Obviously, a split and that's what happened on Tuesday afternoon in Teaneck, N.J.

Lehman College won the opener 7-6 to extend Yeshiva University's losing streak to 100 games, but the Macabees bounced back in the second game, 9-5, to pick up their first win since May 27, 2022.
