Not at my house but it's cold as heck. I've only lived here for 2 years but I've only seen it rain for more than 15 minutes once. This is pretty nuts.

South Carolina going for the sweep vs Ole Miss..... and it's going to be a long uphill battle. They're on their 3rd pitcher in the top of the 1st inning. Ole Miss has a grand slam and is up 6-0 and bases juiced again. Walked the next guy but escape with just 1 more run. Ole Miss up 7-0 M1.

Big 12 continues to be an up and down mess. KU or TCU are probably the best two teams but they're inconsistent. WVU leads the conference but they're feasting on the worst teams so far. I think they'll come back to earth when they play the top few teams.

Oregon St looks to be near a lock with UC Irvine, Arizona and Cal Poly all still in the mix as well.

ETA: specifically looking out west, that is

it will be interesting to keep an eye on the Sooners (29-10)

OU and A&M may finish with very similar 2-seed resumes

any west coast regional that OU would be a good fit for....A&M would be also...and vice versa

both on the western edge of the SEC

The mere fact they took 2 games against Ole Miss is a positive for us! (and for them) Love to see a series loss for Ole Piss.

Finally stacking a few wins but nothing close to matching the level of comp we have played.

0-3 at Tenn
0-3 vs UGA
1-2 at Ole Miss
0-3 vs Vandy
3-0 vs Mizzou (who is 0-18)
2-0 at Clanga

That's good for 6-11 with one left tomorrow. They finish vs Ark, @ SC, at tu, and vs Bama. They have 13 games to find 7 wins.

I expect them to win it, and it'll certainly help, but they've done a good job so far building RPI. And still have a good number of road games remaining against decent RPI teams (decent for the West Coast). It's the home series vs Northwestern and Penn State where they can't slip up.
