Little rally from Boomer has this back to a 2 run game heading to B7.

I haven't watched OU a ton this year but I keep expecting them lose and they keep stacking wins. Clearly they're a pretty good team, much better than what I gave them credit for.

the maroon-n-white is in Austin to face the #1 sips...with a chance to make history in several areas

the highest ranked t.u. team from which the Ags have won a series...(since Baseball America started in the early 80's)...

is the #5 longhorns in 1993. The Ags won 2 of 3 in the first split series.

edit...the 2003 team also beat the #5 horns in the split series.

the sips were ranked #6 in 1991 when the Ags swept them at Olsen

Some sloppy ball being played by both Quakeshow and Penn. Columbia back on top 3-2 T9 after a little blooper to short RF. And they add another, now up 4-2 heading to B9.

the Ags have beaten t.u. a couple of times when the sips were ranked #1

in 2010 at the Big 12 tournament when the lions were not hungry

and in 1987 when MJ's club salvaged the series finale at Olsen

Yeah, I think you were correct. On replay the 2B ump clearly came in immediately to let TV know. I guess the crew didn't really know what to do though since they phoned Birmingham.
