The Minnesota Commercial Railway (reporting mark MNNR) is a short line railroad in the United States. It operates out of the St. Paul area with service to Minneapolis, Hugo, Fridley, and New Brighton and is considered a switching and terminal railroad. The MNNR is based out of a roundhouse on Cleveland Avenue in St. Paul, Minnesota, a few blocks south of the former Amtrak station; its main yard is north of the station.

My turkey was a tad dry, and the stuffing a tad runny. But the family was wonderful, beautiful, and happy. So an absolute success! Blessing to all!

Homemade sweet potato here too. My 22 yr old's first attempt, minus the GF crust since we're traveling and I didn't feel like packing all the flours.

I tried something new for me this year. in my pie crusts I don't use shortening. have been using butter as my fat but haven't been happy with them the last few times. so this year I used 1/2C butter and 1/4C lard as my fat. it turned out FANTASTIC! really good rich flavor and just the right balance between body and tender

I brought cinnamon rolls, my second nurse brought a sweet potato pie and the adult unit brought pretty much everything else to the potluck. We didn't know the adult unit was having a potluck and they didnt know we were doing desserts in up in the castle (kid unit).

Very sorry! Sometimes the pictures don't show up as well here as the they do in the Google search results and I can't tell until I post them. I usually fix it, but it's hard to tell if they're bad when you're working on a phone screen. Fixed now.
