I would think many pitchers can get at least three strikeouts. I know it doesn't always happen, I think it's about 68% in MLB. I don't know what it is in college.

He definitely could be pitching better and hitting batters is not helping, but we've had some field issues too. Probably could've shut some of this down.

He did his job getting a ground ball that would have been a DP if it wasn't for a coach calling for the shift.

Don't know why you would pitch for a staff that does that crap.

I think he wants to get back to Omaha and will do whatever is best for the team. Seriously. I know that's a super coach-speak/player-speak kind of answer but I really think that's the truth.
