All these teams making tough decisions between multiple good pitchers on how to structure their weekend.

Hopefully he'll be solid two times through their lineup and not just once. I'd be very happy with that.
He has shown some good moments this year. Let's hope this is one of them.

He was doing pretty good, before he started facing conference teams. Shut out Va Tech for 6 innings.

I'm sure he will be. It's Lamar. If he can't give us 6 innings I will be very surprised.

Seems like he's been having trouble with his plant foot moving on delivery. Hope the mechanics get worked out. He's also been throwing across his body too much missing often low and outside. Here's to getting the kinks out and a good outing.

I'm drawing a blank but who was the pitcher that blanked Miami to get the Ags to the if necessary game in the '95 Coral Gables Regional? Sean Leonard? ColoradoMooseHerd I need your help!
To add some context this was back in the era of the six team regionals and the Ags lost the opening game to 5 Seed FIU and got into a high scoring gave against 6 Seed UMass. So by the time Ags got to our fifth game of the regional the pen was tired.

They're a small ball team without a lot of SLG. I think this is a great matchup for Smoke on paper if he can avoid the BB.

This. People wondering about this move haven't studied Lamar or Sdao enough to know why this is a good match up. Shane throws a ton of strikes, probably too many. His biggest problem this year has been a flat fastball out over the plate that gets hit of the yard. Knock on wood Lamar isn't a HR hitting team. Their seasoned total is 38 which is less than Grahovac and Sorrell combined.

Just noticed from his last few outings. My dad was a pitching coach for the Rangers organization for nearly 20!years. I tend to watch the pitchers very closely lol.

That has not been announced, that is assumed
Hoping the 'break' has helped Sdao fix some things. If not, how many runs can the Aggies fall behind and still recover? Fingers-crossed that they can end the recent trend of digging holes so deep they can't realistically make a comeback.

The risk is lower with Lamar having only 38 homers on the year, at least that must be what Earley is thinking here
