SourceThe sample size was small and the data is old. I think we've seen a lot few people develop fever as this thing has gone on, but the most common symptom I see is headache. Then it varies by primary upper vs lower respiratory symptoms. Some people have lower respiratory cough, shortness of breath, others have primarily upper respiratory runny nose, sore throat, congestion. Fatigue is also pretty common. Without a doubt though, loss of smell/taste should always be treated as a positive, no matter what else is going on.
But this thing is so all over the place in presentation.
