Just get it out.....vaccinate anyone who is available and hasn't been vaccinated. Our doctors office has them but only thaws a limited amount for fear of having to throw them away. The first batch they received, they thawed too many and had to start vaccinating everyone on the office and building, still had to throw some away. Finally they have a awaiting list, but communication with patients is still not efficient. And uncertainty around the second dose is high, they never know how many does they will get and as they vaccinate their patients the demand for future doses doubles. But, their not getting increased amounts of doses, in fact the last batch was less than the first batch. So now their holding back batches for second doses which they have left up to the patient to initiate. It's a cluster.
