Otto just ran his first heat and the Oregon guy destroyed everyone.

He is also second overall behind the Oregon guy right now by a good 200 points. It was 938 to 1011.

It'd be nice to jump the Oregon guy as that makes up 2 points, but even picking up spots relative to him helps us out relative to the psych sheet scoring.

There is currently a weather delay and it appears that it will not clear up to finish competition tonight. This news could end up helping A&M and hurting Oregon and since the 5k prelim was scheduled to take place as the last event of the evening. If they decide to forego the prelims and just run a big final, it shouldn't hurt the Ducks. However, if they choose to run a prelim it could force their stud Galen Rupp to run the 5k prelim and 10k final tomorrow which might compromise his chances at winning the 5k Friday.
