Roger looks way too sharp right now for Tsonga.

Tomic served first- you could tell he was very nervous, and he got broken after several deuces. He's settled down some now, and he and Novak have had some great rallies so far.

yeah, Roger looks like he's rolling.

Tsonga at least got a bit more comfortable later in that set, but still not threatening too hard on Fed's service games.

Tsonga and Tomic both playing MUCH better in the 2nd set.

Great set of tennis from Bernard Tomic! Novak made a lot of mistakes, but Tomic capitalized on them and really made Djokovic uncomfortable.

and we're into a tiebreak in the 2nd with Fed/Tsonga

and Fed jumped to a huge early lead in the tiebreak to take the set.

Hope that doesn't crush Tsonga mentally, because he was playing strong tennis. He needs to keep fighting, even though he's way down.

A couple of loose games from Tomic let Novak back into the match as he goes ahead 2 sets to 1.

Tsonga absolutely on fire.

Tsonga has played the match of his life so far. One sloppy service game(his first of the match) and a poor start to the tiebreak but other than that he's been phenomenal.

Roger, thinking like the rest of us it was all but over after 2, has played very defensive tennis the last 2 sets, and it cost him, being broken twice.

He's going to have to amp up the aggression if he wants to win this thing in the 5th. ALL the momentum with Tsonga now!

and an immediate break to open the 5th!

It's not like Roger is playing poor. He's playing well, serving well...Tsonga is just playing lights out. Only thing is Roger is playing way too defensive.

2 games left for Roger to try and break Tsonga...don't know if it's going to happen.

I said to look out for this upset yesterday, but after a 2 sets to 0 lead there's no way I could have imagined we'd be at this point a few hours later.

Tsonga has played the match of his life today.

Well, Roger goes to 178-1 when up 2 sets to love in the slams. If Tsonga plays that well in the semis, he can absolutely take out Djokovic. Wow.

Wow. Crazy to see Federer drop a match after being up 2 sets.

Congrats to Tsonga. I suspected he might pull the upset going in, so it's no surprise there, but the way he did it was insane.

Fed's my boy, but I have to give this for his effort on Tsonga's service games and his aggression today. He put it in cruise control after being up 2 sets, and never got back into it.

Credit Tsonga, he didn't give many openings...but Roger completely gave that away with his aggression.

Good effort from Tomic, but Djoker battled through.

On to the next 2 matches...but that's going to leave a nasty taste in Roger's mouth.

I don't know who to root for now. Murray's not my favorite, but I admit it would be good for the British people to finally have another champion. And I'm not sure I care too much who wins between Tsonga and Novak as long as it's highly competitive. Hmm....

Why is the Sharapova match not being showed on ESPN?? It is listed as being on, but they are showing Fed-Tsonga instead.


The network coverage of Wimbledon never seems to get better, it always sucks. Live matches not shown live, coverage begins halfway through a match, etc. I don't get it!

because NBC owns the rights so they sit on it till noon.
