Rick by your explanation our women are one up on the national championship status (which I know is false). READ my comment PLEASE. I said no national championships. THAT my fine 2/3rds Aggie friend is TRUE, accurate, right and every other affirmative adjective you can think of. Instead of trying to shoot everybody down all the time why not comprehend first then spout off if you find some misinformation. In the meantime, try living up to your "promises". NOT!

I was never arguing who won national titles or not. I was simply saying that other teams in the SEC generally have better years than this year and are usually in the run for the national title. Maybe you can make a sign for that.

Rough trip to Athens for the women. Both singles players lost in the first round and the doubles team also. And they lost 2 of 3 doubles against UNC and all 3 singles matches that were completed.

Sleazeball makes a prediction, but then doesn't have the gonads to stand behind it. Didn't know that changing one's mind on a prediction made them such a bad person. I guess every sports writer/commentator is a sleaze-ball.

Also, when I said I would never post on here and then changed my mind didn't know that would make a bad person and not a man of my word. I guess the same would apply for any athlete that ever retired and decided to make a comeback. I guess they are all bad people too. Michael Jordan bad person. Michael Phelps bad person. And the list goes on.

However you want to justify it...

Let me get this straight: 1) Rick continually makes idiotic and derogatory comments about the aggie mens team and staff. 2) Rick seems bothered that others don't agree with his garbage and hastily promises to leave texags forever if 5 people say that is their preference. 3) 5 people(fairly quickly) say they would prefer him to no longer post. 4)a few days later he says he will no longer post or read posts and even starts by saying, "Im a man of my word" 5)a few weeks later he can't stand it any more and has to make a "Denton" comment. 6)starts getting back in his groove of making idiotic and derogatory comments/predictions about ATM tennis, the coaching staff, and the SEC in general 7)Once again, Rick seems bothered that people dont agree with his info/predictions 8)Rick tries to explain that if you give your word and don't follow through it doesn't really mean you aren't a man of your word. 9)Rick compares himself to Michael Jordan and Michael Phelps.

Is it not foolish to speak of a man of his word when we are talking about words on a screen?

10) Rick makes a confusing attempt to give us a lesson in ethics by implying that honesty only applies to the spoken word.

Rick, we don't want you to go away mad, we just want you to go away. Leave your mommy out of this. Hopefully you still have one here on earth. I know mine would be very angry with me if I WROTE something as a promise and didn't keep it. Since you like to bring up absurd comments, here's one, people go to court and lose daily by putting something in writing then don't follow through with what they write. Should we take up a collection to take a partial Aggie to court (yes, when an "Aggie" lies he's not really an Aggie or did you miss that class at fish camp about the Aggie Code of Honor)? Nah, the Bible teaches (among other things) that we should all know right from wrong. You're just a little mixed up right now, that and the fact you must have an ego the size of the Empire State building seeing that you can't admit you made a mistake. You committed one mea culpa already why not do it again and just fall on your sword and be done with it? Instead of bringing in MJ and Phelps into something that has no relevance to them. And oh, most sports writers ARE sleaze balls, with the way they've been treating Johnny Football. They are exactly like you, they should just leave the guy(s) alone to do their job the best they know how.

Warrior, you took the words out of about 3 dozen people's mouths with one comment. But since he now professes to NOT being an Aggie, I think I figured it out, he's Rick Barnes piling on any sip who left the "nest".
