A&M will need to get 4th or better in 4x400 to tie Kentucky for second place at 50 points. They are currently in third.

Hopefully, we can get some points in the field events next yr. Brea had a subpar year in the hammer and without a LJ or TJ that hurt us.

Brae had a very subpar year and then ended it on an old habit - fouls.

Glad the blown handoff in the 4x1 isn't going to cost us the title.

The top 4 teams get a trophy so we are in good shape for one of those. That 800 really helped Oregon. Laque finished 2nd in the TJ last year and those 8 points would have made it pretty close. They said Kamaria ran a pr in the 200.

The women by and large performed really well. They were just facing a deeper team in Oregon.

Moen-Davis and Ekpone performing at their level from last year gives A&M the trophy easily.

Format: Most people seem to like it.

Coach Henry said yesterday that the format was beneficial to distance runners, but detrimental to sprinters.

Kamaria did well on her leg but you saw how Shamier faded in the last 200 on hers less than an hour after an amazing hurdles race. Thought our 3rd leg was much better today than Thursday.

Running two 400s in less than an hour will not result in a great second run.

Did as best as we could hope for considering injuries...I hope we get a roster that's more well rounded in the field and distance events in coming years to fight off the
ducks. Just something I've noticed all our women distance runners are short.
I'd like to see us recruit taller women distance runners with the hope of turning them into steeplers for outdoors.

Next year, we'll have Shelbi and Shamier penciled to win and A. Brown to add some sprint points but after that it's a question mark. On the men's side Latario Collie probably wins the TJ, Kyriakis is scoring in the Javelin and then we have a couple of vaulters that are point scorers but again unknowns after that.

We will be competitive next year, but Oregon will be unbelievable!

Home crowd probably had a huge effect for Oregon this year and next and next and next and next and next and next.

Oregon could win both championships for the next several years. Huge recruiting advantage given them by the NCAA.

Congrats to the women on thie third place finish. Great accomplishment on placing in the top 4 for the past nine years.
I think we did as well as we could have
Again our depth in limitedPrandini was the difference maker for Oregon scoring 26points. She surely had the crowd advantage. The difference in 1stand 3rd place is 4 big points. Had she had a couple of third placeor lower could have changed the complexion of the scoring and we winning the
4x100 and scoring a more in the 100m. The win by Raveyn Rogers in the 800m was huge
for them. Remember she was out of Houston Texas. We need a top notch 800m runner badly. Oregon
had no points from relays and still wonNow that we have this new format should be now recruitpeople for specific events because it is clearly difficult to double up in
certain events. Shamier Little was clearly tired and ran a slow 53.3 split in
final leg. This is really slow by her standard but having just run a world
leading time what do you expect. Olivia was not good in her first leg. I am
still wondering what was Olivia's injury that could have made her senior year
so terrible. Should she have redshirted then? When we look at the recruiting class we have 4 incoming sprinters(100 and 200) together with Jennifer Madu and Aaliyah brown should be
interesting. I hope Marquita Stalbert improve next year because she is supposed
to be top recruit. We may need a couple more 400m runners so that the schedule
don't rely on Little and a 200m to run the 4x400m relay.I really like the recruiting women class though. Just a needa good 800/1500m runner and maybe a good 5000/10000 runner. I notice we have no 100m hurdle recruit as
well.Is it that hard to get a recruit a top middle distance anddistance runner? Does anyone knows about the distance recruiting strategies?
What about junior college or another school transfer.Looking forward to another good year next year

Our women's 4x4 should be:
Little
Desrosiers
Owens
Crear
One of the freshman

Our men's 4x4 should be:
Rose
Age
Kerley
Deadmon
Thomas

Women's 4x1
Brown
Madu
the Freshman

Men's 4x1
Jenkins
Morrow
Garner
?????

So we have some good relay depth.

Brazier and Fray will hopefully be able to contribute in the 800 or 1500/mile. If we're not going to score in the 100 or 200 we need points from field or distance event. I think Kelsie Warren will be one of our 5k/10k runners.

Jasmine Fray was second in the NY state meet this weekend ina time of 2.10 for 800m. The winner was a freshman high schooler in 2.05. To
score in NCAA we will need a 2.04 or better in the 800m. Katie Willard was the
Texas state champion in 2013 with a 2.10 in the 800m. Last year she went down to 2.07 and then this year she went
backwards. To score next year we need great improvement in time from these
middle distance runners.Richard Rose was second in 400m in 47,03 at the NY statemeet. Brenessa Thompson won the 100m in 11.75 and third in the 200m.

Enjoyed watching both teams through the years. Tough luck for the Men's. Our worst performance in recent years, yet we still finish among the top teams. The Women's 3rd place finish plus a couple of individual championships is great. Hoping coah Henry continues to build and develop the program as he has done in the past.
