I think what Coach Weaver did with this team isn't anything short of incredible. This team struggled so much this year and to make it to the sweet 16 is truly a remarkable story. In some earlier posts Jett Cash and Jeremy Efferding were brought up. Let's be honest here, they are both currrent college students attending classes. I am a little surprised that more people are not singing Mark's praises. Some of these rumors might possibly be true as I know that he has been dealing with a lot of personal issues and let's not forget the loss of his assistant coach back in the fall. Let's hope the rumors are not true. We will see just how good of a recruiter he is next year with the four freshman coming in. Time will tell us that. But as far as is he a great coach or not. Come on Aggies and show the guy some love!
