Good question. Maybe the site of the old Austin American Statesman building though that would be a traffic disaster. Maybe "Dog's Head" area that was recently annexed by the city

I'd be looking to shed all other salary that I can instead. Young, 82 game machine, 80-100 point machine. And they are going to shed him over about a million dollar AAV difference. They better get a tremendous return
Regarding Jason Robertson:

One NHL executive that inquired about him said @DallasStars were seeking a “Rantanen” package back for the RFA winger. Please recall they sent two protected 1st-rounders, two 3rds and 2nd-year center Logan Stankoven to Carolina.

The need to sign him to likely does decrease his value slightly, but he's one of the best goal scorers in the NHL and he's a huge, skilled dude. I see no reason he should go a penny less than what Tkachuk went for in terms of picks.

Paying Robo $14 million would mean that you're basically giving up on this year.
Then you're hoping for some relief in free agency the next year. That Seguin money won't go very far in today's FA market.
I think an argument can be made that it's bad roster construction to tie up so much money to two wingers. 25% of the cap would be going to Mikko and Robo.
Robo is only on the ice for 18 minutes a game. Huge impact when he scores, but depth matters so much in hockey.
You just can't win a cup while rolling out garbage on the 3rd and 4th lines. This team is already short a top 6 forward. That problem gets even worse if Bourque gets offer sheeted away.
I'd hate to see a home grown player like Robo leave, but it's possible to have a better team after. Could get faster as a team and add players that impact multiple lines.
Dylan Larkin better prepare to learn some Dallas.

Colorado isn't blowing it up…but they sure are re-tooling. Man they've done a lot in the last few days.
