I concur that it's 20.
At Prancer's birth, Dancer is x, Dasher is 2x
y years later when their ages equal 60,
Dasher is 2x+y, Dancer is x+y, Prancer is y with the sum = 3x+3y
3x+3y = 60
x + y = 20
and so, Dancer is 20 when their ages sum to 60
