What's the etiquette for this?

Do you let it go silently then be the first one to say "omg that smells so awful!"….so no one assumes it was you?

Crop dust the entire plane on the way to the bathroom?

Or go to the bathroom and let it rip in there? If you are on a window seat, is disturbing everyone really worth a fart in the bathroom?

I like the reactions when I rip a really smelly one in public. They try bravely to ignore it, but a few can't help but react with the krinkled nose thing. It used to be funny to me until one miscalculation. Long story short, I don't do it anymore.

I just let it go. Sometimes they're silent but sometimes I rip em. There's typically someone in the immediate vicinity that looks like they're automatically guilty due to appearance. Just go that route.

I just let them go.

I was on a flight to Pensacola a few years ago and I swear the guy in front of me **** his pants. He then got up to go to the restroom and was there for awhile. It was a small jet too. Pretty much lingered the rest of the flight.

My family recently flew and while we were taxiing a smell hit us all. I looked at my kids and said "please tell me that that smell did not just come out of one of yall…"
I knew that if it did we were gonna have a biological incident in an airplane lav. Then I noticed the land manatee across the aisle had opened up a very large, steaming plate of beef and broccoli. Who tf eats beef and broccoli on an airplane?
