Everyone keeps saying they don't know how they'll get everything done in time, but remember they've basically got 2 feature length films left to work with. 3 hours of screen time is the entirety of the Godfather.

I keep thinking there has to be an episode that is just complete SHTF nonstop, to get us in position for the finale.

In one interview I read, one of the cast/crew said that the first 5 episodes of 5B were pretty suspenseful but fairly tame compared to the final 3. Reading that got me pretty giddy, to be honest.

I have to do some digging for a link and further details.

Just re watched. Anyone else notice the "bell tolling for thee" immediately after Jessie tells Walt he is coming after him?

YES. I thought it was an awesome touch, and was definitely intentional.

Great question I may have missed... Does Gomez know about Walts videotaped
Confession? If so, does he believe Hank or Walter? If not how will he take that news?

Just watched the episode last night. Damn, never thought Jesse would flip. I just wish he'd figured out Walt didn't wanna kill him.

I know Walt is in a pretty tough spot now, but I still don't feel like he can order Jesse's death. If he can figure out another way, he'll do it. Never thought we'd see Skyler go pretty much full Heisenberg either, but I think she feels her life is basically ruined anyway.

I'm starting to think Hank is the one that trashes Walt's house and spray paints it, maybe after Walt skips town and Hank feels like he just has to hurt him any way he can. Then again, this show is incredibly hard to predict and I'm probably wrong.

Also, I agree with whoever said that Jesse is going after Walt's money. Can't think of what else he could mean with "where you really live".

Why in the ever living F would Jessie have, or know to take, the lottery ticket? That's one of the most non-sensical theories on this entire thread, and that's saying alot.

I've always found Jesse annoying as hell. I wish he was killed a long time ago. It was always my gripe about the show. He goes from being seen as a spoiled, rich, drug dealer. Always convincing Walt to cook. To then being molded by Mike, and being a hardcore enforcer. To now being some soft ass broken down shell of who he used to be. Nothing about Jesse has been consistent. He tries to convince Walt to break away from Gus after they agreed on the contract to cook for him. Then goes behind Walt, and tries to buy out with Mike last season. And now he wants to drop dime?

I'm just sick of Jesse. No one but Walt has ever cared about him. His family, Gus, and even Hank doesn't care if he dies. And he rats out Walt, after he repeatedly saved his life? He gets pissed for what? Giving the kid the equivalent of a laxative?

Walt hasn't whacked anyone that didn't somehow deserve it. This is like the Michael Corleone or Tony Montana characteristic. And even then, Walt tried his best to not whack his Fredo.

Ok so maybe getting the coordinates is a bit of stretch, but Jesse wants to "get Walt where he really lives." What would hit him harder than getting to his cash, the reason he sought Jesse out in the first place?

Jesse was the show jester for a while now he's just a whiny bich. You're correct, he's all over the place.

I would just take jesse for what he has always been... Weak minded and easily influenced. When you have no backbone you tend to be all over the place when people push you in different directions. This might be the point where he stands up for himself and it would unfortunately be detrimental for Walt.

Unless Hank is going to keep Jesse bottled up and under close watch then there are some things he can do. Jesse is the 2nd best meth cook in the United States. That has value to some very powerful people. Walt as far as I can tell is not stupid enough to start cooking again. So Jesse can offer up his services for help in taking down Walt. Unless Hank arrests Jesse then he can't hold him indefinitely.

How can Jesse get Walt's money? He can't. But he can tell the feds that Walt made it cooking meth and they will get it. Maybe not physically but any move that family makes to use the money will result in whatever they purchase being confiscated. Jesse knows why Walt has been doing this. At the end of the day Walt was trying to make money for his family for when he died and could no longer provide. That to me is where Walt lives.

Hank to me is going to die.

I go back to the "I'm in the Empire Building Business" speech that Walt gave Jesse. He's going to go after the empire, which at this point means the money, the carwash, the family.... everything.

He wants to take down Walt & is using the DEA to help. That means he's not going to try to harm or kill the White family.

It's the money. Whether car wash or cash.

Just wondering, Walt said, "I think I may have another job for your uncle."

How solid is the assumption that the "job" is a trip to Belize for someone?

Todd's family does more than run around killing people.

Any ideas on if there could be a different kind of job?

Or Walt's ego. Floating the idea that the blue is really Jesse's or that someone else is better could lure back Heisenberg.

Jesse and Walt leave the SW and go to the East Coast to start a new operation and start this thing all over again in a different place. Sets up perfectly for the Breaking Bad spinoff which is not really a spinoff but a continuation in a different city.

People go to the hospitals for paper cuts. If you have constant diarrhea with dehydration, that's enough to get you admitted. The point is, he got the kid sick for a few days, and that was it. Walt never intended to kill the kid. I never liked Jesse. A spoiled rich junkie who at the start was annoying for being so stupid, to now, after everything, still not understanding the end game.

Not arguing that at all. Like the poster above stated, throw in the whole empire and that is exactly what Jessie wants to take down.

But the lottery ticket would mean absolutely nothing to anyone not named "Walt". Zero. Hell there were people on this very board that didn't even understand the significance of the lottery ticket after seeing the episode. Who in their right mind (on the show) would guess that is Walt's secret way of hiding coordinates to his cash stash upon just seeing it casually stuck to the refrigerator.

I wish this could be true (not exactly your idea but continuation).

While I'm excited to know how this all turns out, it sure seems like they could easily make the existing story lines last 3 or 4 more seasons without any loss in quality.

For some reason I REALLY think Gus' connections down south come back into play.

You can really see the show ia building up to a frantic finish. These episodes have been fantastic but they are still building. It is soon going to be time to resolve these matters and I feel this will be done.

I think the two things that can probably be crossed of the list of plots that will come into play are the Chilean connections and Grey Matter.

I know I was expecting at least one of those to be a factor, but no way they can bring those in with 4 hours of show left.

Agree on grey matter. I know Walt and Sklyer are wearing khaki (Walt takes on the habits of those he "takes care of"), but I think that is more of a sign that he has won / done better than them.

I think Hank's only option at this point is to create some bogus serial killer in order to get more resources from the DEA.

I rewatched the scene in Hank's house where Jesse gets up to go the bathroom. The phone is sitting on table then the camera moves and it disappears behind Hank.

Right before Jesse goes to the bathroom he slams his hand down on the table. It cuts to him walking to the bathroom and it looks like he's putting something in his pocket. If you look at the table to phone is gone. JESSE TOOK THE HELLO KITTY PHONE TO THE BATHROOM
I'm thinking he called Walt to warn him.
