He is. He doesn't stop taking his meds. He exaggerates his slow speech.

Not that anyone really puts much stock in IMDB scores, but Ozymandias has a 10/10 user score on IMDB. Average.

Never seen that before with anything on IMDB. Thought that was kinda cool.

My Prediction!

Walt comes back to avenge his family, succeeds in destroying the Nazis, and finally gets final closure with Jesse. Left alone in the ashes with nothing left, he is about to take the ricen pill when he is shot in the back, only to turn and see Walter Jr standing before him. Walt takes in his last dying breathes in agony with the knowledge he has been murdered by his own son as Walt Jr crutches away....

Until!!!!

Walt Jr continues to walk down the street in stride, having ditched his crutches, before a car pulls up and the back door is opened, revealing Saul to be waiting inside. Walt Jr gets inside the car without a word, giving his best Gus/Heisenberg scowl. Saul then deadpans, 'Hey, kid, how about some breakfast?'

That actor that plays Walt Jr. plays a helluva retarded kid. Has he ever one an emmy for his role?

Good example of "shock value" to make up for poor writing.

Everyone and their grandmother trying to find meaning in every frickin thing they still screen on this show. Some of you must have arms for days with all the reaching you do.

And screw Mike. He may have been good at what he did but so was Walt, and he never respected him for it. Thats where he boned himself. Even to the end which sealed his fate.

If it's not a user rating of 11 then I'll be pretty disappointed in the internet.

I'm pretty sure the house was abandoned/police taped off because it was seized by the police as property that was paid for with illicit means. Thus far, as others have said, no crimes worth fencing it off have been committed on the premises. So to me that means seizure by the law because it was paid for at least partly with drug money.

Of course, something can happen next episode that completely changes that.

Opening Scene flashback-

Do we think this was filmed back in the day and just now used, or was this filmed at the same time as the rest of this season? Not really relevant to the plot or anything, just curious what everyone thought.....

The flashback scene was the last scene they filmed, on the last day of shooting for the series.

I loved how they showed Jesse in the background, sword fighting with a stick. Back when he was "innocent"...

Yeah, it was clearly filmed recently due to Aaron Paul's weight. Definitely heavier in that scene vs. season 1.

Is anyone else getting the feeling that Breaking Bad might have been a prequel to his Tim Watley character in the Seinfeld show this whole time? Walt will start his new life and friendship with NYC comedian Jerry Seinfeld in the last episode.

(if we are going to repeat a joke repeatedly, lets at least change it up a bit)

For those complaining about "reaching," finding the minute metaphors is half the fun of watching Breaking Bad. For example, I just realized (and I'm probably late with this one) the connection between the amount of money Walt wanted in season 2 and the crash. Walt calculated the he needed 737,000 dollars, hence the episode title Seven-Thirty-Seven. Well, what was the result of Walt's greed? The crash of a 737 aircraft. Virtually every detail of this show has meaning, hence why it is so fun to watch and analyze.

Seeing as how Jesse wasnt supposed to make it out of Season 1 alive, Id say it was filmed recently.

Oh, and I theorize that Walt has colon cancer this time because of the tiny stain on his underwear that is visibly obvious in that flashback scene. It has spread to his colon so he is going to bleed out...which is bad news for the slice he took from Skyler. The knife was the 4th knife on the set which means Walt will go through 4 rounds of chemo and quit, and the 4th bullet in the machine gun will jam when he uses it to blow Jesse out of the lab while screaming SAY HELLO TO MY LITTLE FRIEND.

Ozymandias had 6.4 million viewers, breaking their own viewership record again. Ratings have almost tripled from last year's average. At this rate the finale could be in the 8-10 million range, which would be insane for a show that was averaging less than 2 million just 2 years ago.

Great to see more people catching on to the greatness of this show. I suspect it'll be a huge seller on Netflix/DVD for years and years to come.

The viewership increase can be attributed to the year break between season, word of mouth, and Netflix.

Great marketing for a great show.
