It's a shame they won't stick with Anya as Magik; a faithful comic adaptation could have made her an incredibly popular MCU character.

I thought there were a bunch of reports that they're moving away from Kang….or is this just their way of saying he's writing the next Avengers movie and they haven't changed the title yet?

Trusted sources said they're likely moving away from Kang, but no one knows for sure yet. All we do know is that Majors' trial begins Wednesday, and if found guilty there's obviously no way he'll be playing the part(s).
I'm not trying to make light of the charge, but Majors' lawyer should go with the "It wasn't him, it was a variant" defense.

So Loki obviously has a number of variants that look just like Tom Hiddleston, but there are a number that don't and one that's an alligator...

Did Multiverse of Madness discuss nexus beings? I know Wanda is, but if it hasn't been brought up in movies or shows, there is no reason Marvel should have to worry about it in regards to Kang.
Honestly, they should just handle it the way they did Roadie. No one really cares. It's not like recasting Tony Stark or Steve Rogers.

Luckily, Kang is a character they could realistically put in the bullpen and bring back for a future phase, potentially serving as the primary antagonist in a project like the Young Avengers. It will certainly be interesting to see how this all shakes out.
Honestly they should just let the s2 ending of Loki be the end of Kang in the MCU and move on.

Everyone keeps mentioning Cheadle/Howard... isn't Ruffalo/Norton even better? MCU has been down this road before and it worked out great.

Yep, **** can Kang or recast. This isn't a big deal and it's an easy call. I suspect most people are like me at this point and just want the multi-verse to end anyway.

Yup. It was a fun concept for the time travel in endgame and to tie the Spider-Man movies together. Now it's just confusing. I don't think many have too much of a vested interest.

Seems crazy a misdemeanor case has made it this far without a deal being reached. Either he's guilty AF or her lawyer is looking for a Tony Stark level pay day.
Right... Bana's Hulk doesn't exist in the MCU the same way Tobey McGuire didn't before NWH (I guess this is a bad example). Ed Norton was just straight replaced by Ruffalo.

It still blows my mind how little they tied in No Way Home, Loki, and Multiverse of Madness. (As in not at all.)

Yeah the lack of communication between projects is really mind-boggling. In early phase 4, I was theorizing some mini-arcs that could connect all these disparate storylines. These 3 projects lead to a Thunderbolts team-up, these 4 produce the Young Avengers, these 4 are Multiverse. Etc. Quicker payoffs, easier to see the threads.
But basically none of that has happened. And while it's probably good overall that each project focuses on itself rather than just setting up the next thing, they've kinda landed on the worst of all worlds: middling quality, setting up characters we don't have reasons to care about (Starfox, Monica Rambeau, Echo, Ironheart), and a 3-phase Saga about a tired concept that only 10% of the projects explore anyway.
But basically none of that has happened. And while it's probably good overall that each project focuses on itself rather than just setting up the next thing, they've kinda landed on the worst of all worlds: middling quality, setting up characters we don't have reasons to care about (Starfox, Monica Rambeau, Echo, Ironheart), and a 3-phase Saga about a tired concept that only 10% of the projects explore anyway.
