That F4 trailer does make it look like a lot of fun.

Seems like they were definitely going for Howard Stark vibes with Mr Fantastic here which I really really like

Not a single new project announcement, and all we officially got footage-wise was a second Agatha trailer.

So lame.

This could be a good strategy for them. Allows them to be more flexible to quickly make a sequel to a success or quietly cancel a flop.

Quick thoughts based on watching these all on my phone, so I may have missed things:

1) Fantastic Four promo gave me chills. I want so badly for those characters to be done justice and so far so good. Reed is campier than I imagine but the wink to the camera makes me think he's at least self-aware (unlike what I recall from Ioan Gruffudd's Reed - campy but socially incompetent). As long as he can be the leader the team needs when they need it, then I'm totally on board.

2) Captain America still looks good. I worry about the ample reshoots but with Giancarlo Esposito's character confirmed to be the leader of the Serpent Society, this makes me think that maybe the previous iteration of the group just wasn't working, and they needed an appropriately intimidating face. Also that voiceover in the trailer (same as from the last trailer) is The Leader, played by Tim Blake Nelson, who hasn't been seen since he got mutated at the end of The Incredible Hulk in 2008. Wild.

3) Daredevil. I'm not going to worry too much about the dialogue in what was essentially a sizzle reel. What's interesting is that what was initially going to be 18 episodes has now been broken up into two halves, so season 1 will be 9 episodes and season 2 will film soon. Based on this trailer, there will be a lot to cover - maybe a lot of one-offs? - because I spotted Wilson Bethel's Bullseye from season 3, Kamala Khan (Ms. Marvel)'s father (for whatever reason), Kingpin obviously, and the Punisher.

I missed them but I read that Karen and Foggy were in the trailer. I believe that guy in jail / the person in the white vigilante outfit is White Tiger. And Reddit says there's a character who may be some newish Daredevil villain named Muse. So that's a lot to cover - maybe some as teases for S2 and some as one-episode villains or something.

4) Ironheart. I've been tentatively curious about this one for a while because the rumors are that Anthony Ramos plays Parker Robins, aka the Hood, a criminal who finds a mystic cloak that he uses to commit crimes and run the criminal underworld. That's relevant because (probably a huge spoiler) the hood is traditionally powered by Doctor Strange nemesis Dormammu, but the rumors are that in the MCU it will be fueled by Sacha Baron Cohen's Mephisto(?!?). Lastly, Alden Ehrenreich is rumored to be playing Ezekiel Stane, an Iron Man villain and the son of Obadiah Stane from the very first Iron Man film. He's listed on wikipedia as Joe McGillicuddy which is clearly a fake name.

So the Hood, Mephisto and Ezekiel Stane. Again, a lot to cover. Maybe Stane will just be set-up for Armor Wars or something like that.

Lastly, 5) Agatha. This trailer kind of sucked the intrigue out of the last trailer. I guess this was the "spooky edit" but I don't currently have much interest in watching a bunch of witches I don't know go down some perilous witch road I've never heard of. Folks online thought that each episode may have its own genre or tone (a la WandaVision) and I hope that's true, because other than something to watch during Halloween season, there's not much drawing me to this one.

All very well said, and right there with you…

1. The Fantastic Four: First Steps
It just looks so damn fun, and I absolutely love the retro-futuristic '60s vibe. Never in a million years would I have thought I would be this excited for an F4 movie.

2. Captain America: Brave New World
The D23 trailer is even better, and surprisingly even darker, than the first one. This plays like a legit action thriller for adults, there's actual splattered blood in a couple of shots, Ford brings such a gravitas to this thing, etc. If anything, just so good to have this vibe back in the MCU.

3. Daredevil: Born Again
I never watched past the pilot of the Netflix version - it just didn't do it for me - but this definitely looks a lot more interesting and cinematic.

4. Ironheart
Honestly? This looks better than I thought it would. I'm still not totally interested, but the action could be cool and I'll at least give it a shot.

5. Agatha All Along
Yeah, this latest trailer all but killed the already low interested I had in this thing. I'll begrudging give the two-episode premiere a shot, and yeah, there's a chance this could be a decently fun/mindless Halloween show, but it could also very well be the second Marvel Disney+ show I skip, after Echo.

Seriously, you're missing out. Easily the best Marvel show they've done, I did a rewatch of s1 a few months ago and it's still fantastic.

Agreed with your other rankings though...still haven't seen Echo either.

It's excellent. Dark. Creepy. Street-level violent. And man is Vincent Donofrio a great villain.

Daredevil was excellent... Watch that and then see how they did our boy Kingpin so wrong in Hawkeye. And I liked the Hawkeye series. But nothing matches the intensity of his character in Daredevil.

2nd season was Bullseye, right? I thought that was pretty well done. The stuff with the Hand is probably not gonna hit home with everyone, but I like ninja stuff

Hope it's great. Would really like to see David Harbour emerge as a superstar beyond Stranger Things since both Black Widow and Hellboy were certified Meh.

After Falcon & WS and this preview, i feel like I could win a fight against US Agent man.

It looks WAY better than I was expecting. The vibe, the tone, the cinematography... I'm here for all of it. I guess I was expecting something more irreverent? Not quite Marvel's Suicide Squad, but close. Instead, it looks fun, yes, but also like it has real emotion, legit great action, and doesn't at all have that "C team" vibe. After this trailer, I'm now genuinely excited to be along for the ride and spend time with these characters.

For me, this was the big question mark, releasing between Captain America: Brave New World and The Fantastic Four: First Step. Now? It feels like we could very well get three bangers in a row. Two relatively grounded political(ish) thrillers (my favorite MCU genre), followed by a super fun/bright/optimistic Fantastic Four movie. If so, what a year and what a comeback for Marvel it'll be.

Yelena actually pulling a bullet in two goons as she walked off was actually a little surprising / refreshing. Marvel tends to be a little sanitized, even when they claim they'll go dark. So yeah - she's killing people for money. Nice.

Still holding out hope that it's actually Zemo under that Taskmaster mask but that'd also be a shame for the TM actress if so.

Yeah I can't help but get somewhat of a ragtag Suicide Squad vibe in the best way. It gives us more of what intrigued me the most from Falcon and The Winter Soldier, Hawkeye, and Black Widow.

More Yelena, more Alexei, more Bucky, more Wyatt, and more Valentina.

im just looking forward to the scene where they all sit around a circle and tell everyone else (totally NOT the audience) who they are and their backstory cause the casual fans aren't going to remember much about who these characters are besides Bucky and maybe Yelena
