You guys suck ass for bumping this thread.

Season 4 would have been Kristoff tracking down the serial killer who murdered Elsa and Anna's parents.

Awards Daily: There is a huge subculture of Mindhunter fans, and my wife and I are two of them, who have not given up on the idea that there could be a third season. We refuse to give up on it.

Holt McCallany: I've heard that David's thought about it. I'm not saying it's going to come back. But what I am saying is that if it comes back, I'm coming back with it. You can take that to the bank, but it'll depend on what David wants to do. It's been a few years now, so it's probably unlikely, but just even that he would think about it is a hopeful sign.

For the love of god please let this happen...

"So look, you know, I had a meeting with David Fincher in his office a few months ago, and he said to me that there is a chance that it may come back as three two-hour movies, but I think it's just a chance. I know there are writers that are working, but you know, David has to be happy with scripts."

"And I felt very fortunate and privileged to have gotten to do that show at all. I would love it if it were to return. I think, like I said, you know, he gave me a little bit of hope when I had that meeting with him, but the sun, the moon, and the stars would all have to align. The good news is that we're at Netflix with The Waterfront, and those movies would also be for Netflix. So I think that in terms of dates and logistics, it could all be worked out, but it has to do, you know, with David really having the time and the inclination and being happy, you know, with the material. And, you know, that's a big question mark."

I would love that, but maybe they can drop the storyline with Holt's character's son.

I would assume that's either done (seeing as the wife & son left him/moved away) or the kid would be so much older now that it'd be a somewhat different dynamic, and he'd only appear minimally.

Came to the board to post this. I don't think I've wanted more of a show in a long time. Crying shame this was canceled.

Either way I loved this show and was always sad he didnt keep making them, so any movies we get would be amazing

Enough time has gone by that Bill Tench and Jesse St. James could be trying to track down Bill's son ater he's killed a few dozen people.

All the absolute garbage Hollywood has put out in the last 5 years, and this sits on the bench.
