Mission Impossible: Fallout was overhyped and is just okay. It is not even the third best movie of that series.
Casino is a better movie than Goodfellas and it's not even close.

I wouldn't go so far as to say boring the whole series, but I do definitely believe its overrated and I also believe some people who really don't like it that much claim they do.

The Alien franchise (including the AvP and Prometheus spinoffs) is a better sci fi saga than Star Wars. Rogue One gets undue credit for merely being competent in an otherwise trash series.
Star Wars is not sci-fi, and should instead be compared to fantasy series.

The vast majority of Tex-Mex is exactly the same. You could do a blind taste test and interchange all the standard fare from 95% of Mexican food restaurants and never notice a difference.
