I didn't watch the Kong movie so I was completely lost

I liked it because I'm a check out enjoy the nonsense of a Godzilla movie .

One more thing that interested me though as it pertains to the nitpicks and suspension of beliefs mentioned and not mentioned in this thread.


The Dyson dome around Skull Island . The achievement of something of that magnitude would pretty much be the pinnacle of human existent . I think Godzilla/Titans would be an afterthought if mankind were capable of something on that scale .

That was a fun movie. Several times, I just had remind myself and kids that is just a movie. When giant monsters battle in real life, it is very different and much faster and more violent.

Liked it, but here is the bottom line.

Both Godzilla and King Kong would be dead if not for a chunky hacker teenager with no hacking skills - who fails at hacking, so instead dumps liquid on the computer and shorts out the main villain.

So lazy...
