Chris Rock made a GI Jane 2 joke about Jada

Camera pans to Will Smith who is laughing, then back to Rock.

Will Smith enters the shot and slugs rock in the shoulder?

Mics cut out

Camera pans back to Smith back at his seat who looks like he's says something like "keep my wife's name out of your mother fn mouth."

Almost looked like he was crying also, could've been the lighting and makeup.

Chris Rock cracked a joke about Jada Pinkett Smith's hair, saying he couldn't wait to see her in GI Jane 2. Will Smith walked up and slapped the mess out of him. Then they bleeped out the next few seconds in which Will Smith walked back to his seat at yelled twice at Rock to "keep my wife's name out of your F-In mouth".

So weird. So, what happens if Will Smith wins the Best Actor? If it was real, I can't imagine he isn't escorted out of the building. If it was meant to be a joke, it was really bad.

I was thinking she must have some condition that's not public, or maybe she is going through chemo or something. It was such a nothing joke. Or maybe Rock and Smith have some sort of history. There has to be more to the story.

Definitely didn't help his stock any. I'm all about protecting your family, but that was a bad look. Kudos to Chris for being the pro and keeping it together.
